FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEPARTMENT
The Financial and Economic Department of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a structural subdivision of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main tasks of the department are to maintain accounting records of all operations carried out, provide operational information, and compile accounting statements in due time; timely payroll, timely submission of income tax, social tax reports, statistical reports, accounts receivable and accounts payable report, ensuring that the balance sheet of the financing plan execution is provided to the relevant authorities, provision of a budget application for the relevant period to the relevant authorities, a report on the execution of the financing plan.
DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL WORK AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
The Department of Organizational and Analytical Work and International Cooperation carries out the planning of the work of the National Archive and monitors the implementation of the plan, analyzes and summarizes the results of the work of structural units, studies and summarizes best practices in the field of archives of archival institutions of the republic and near and far abroad.
National Archival Fund Acquisition Department
The Department for work with departmental and private archives carries out work with organizations – sources of acquisition of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regardless of their forms of ownership. Currently, there are 282 organizations in the list of recruitment source organizations

Department of Document Accounting and Development of the Scientific Reference Apparatus
The Department is guided in its work by the current regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the National Archive, orders and instructions of the Director of the Department of Archival Affairs and Documentation, the Director of the National Archive, oral and written orders of the management of the National Archive and this regulation
The Publication and Publishing Department
The main task of the department is the organization of work on the publication and publishing activities of the National Archive, publication of documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the media, work on the preparation, publication and dissemination of the informational and scientific-practical journal “Kazakhstan Archives” and interaction with archival institutions of the republic and CIS countries, scientists and researchers to provide materials for publication in the journal “Kazakhstan Archivtes”, work on the preparation and publication of collections of archival documents, booklets, calendar of memorable and significant dates, materials of scientific and practical conferences

Engineering and Technical Department
The main tasks of the department are: to ensure the targeted use of the building and special equipment, to ensure the technology of storing archival documents, their safety and use, to guide the implementation of operational and technical measures for the maintenance of the building and equipment produced by freelance employees of the operational and technical service of the National Archive, planning the rational use of life support systems of the building and equipment, modernization and application of the latest technologies during their operation.
Department for Protection of State Secrets
The Department for the Protection of State Secrets is a structural subdivision of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department for the Protection of State Secrets is directly involved in the activities of the National Archive for the performance of secret work, and ensures the safety of state secrets.
