Nurlanova Sagila Esimseitovna
Director of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Born on May 28, 1968, in the Korgalzhyn district of the Akmola region. In 1991, she graduated from Karaganda State University. She began her career as a lecturer at the Akmola Agrarian University. She has been in the civil service since 1998. Starting her career as a senior specialist in the General Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she rose to the rank of Head of Sector. For nearly 23 years at the Presidential Administration, she worked in the field of documentary support, archiving, documentation, and the optimization and automation of records management processes. Currently, she serves as the Director of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awards:
— 2015: State award – Medal “Eren Enbegi Ushin” (For Distinguished Labor);
— 2020: Departmental award of the Presidential Administration – Medal “Minsez Qyzmeti Ushin” (For Irreproachable Service);
— 2021: State award – Order of “Kurmet” (Order of Honor).
Kusainova Tursyngul Zhagyparkyzy
Deputy Director of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Ensures leadership in the acquisition, storage, and state accounting of archival documents across all types of media; conducting state expertise of the value of documents; preparing and maintaining lists of acquisition sources for the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan (institutions and individuals); the functioning of engineering and technical communications; organizing the publication of archival documents; and the preparation of documentary collections on archival science and documentation.
Supervises the work of the following departments: Acquisition of the National Archival Fund; Ensuring the Safety of Documents; Document Accounting and Creation of Scientific Reference Apparatus (SRA); Working with Personal Records; Publishing; Engineering and Technical Department; and the Maintenance Service.

Mushkenova Saule Nesipbaevna
Deputy Director of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Ensures leadership in the development of the information retrieval system of the National Archive; the application of automated technologies; the implementation of best practices and development of proposals for improving the information structure of the National Archive; organizing the use of documents; fulfilling thematic and socio-legal requests from legal entities and individuals; organizing methodological work on archival affairs and the preparation of scientific reference literature (memos, teaching aids, recommendations, instructions, etc.); promoting historical and documentary heritage; organizing documentary exhibitions, school lessons, competitions, public meetings, open house days, round tables, and scientific-practical conferences; organizing educational and industrial internships for students and professional development for employees of state and departmental archives; cooperation with scientific and public organizations and educational institutions; and developing international cooperation by establishing ties with archival institutions of foreign states and international archival organizations.
Supervises the work of the following departments: Document Use; Organizational-Analytical Work and International Partnership; Work with the State Fund Catalog and Insurance Preservation of the National Archival Fund; and Archival Technologies and Digitization.
